Our founder, Dr. Jaquelle Outlaw, is a SHRM-certified Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience collaborating with mission-driven organizations to develop and implement effective talent management strategies. She has a proven track record of helping organizations recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive, high-performance culture. In addition to her expertise in HR, Jaquelle is also a seasoned workforce development professional, specializing in job readiness, employment support, and skills development to help individuals successfully navigate the workforce.
Jaquelle specializes in leadership development, team dynamics, and employee well-being. Her academic and professional journey is fueled by a passion for enhancing organizational performance and empowering individuals to thrive in the workplace.
Jaquelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, a Master’s degree in Public Administration, and a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, providing her with a unique blend of business acumen, insight into human behavior, and a deep understanding of the operations and organizational dynamics within the public and nonprofit sectors.
Her goal is to guide both individuals and organizations in identifying, developing, and navigating their potential to achieve sustained professional success and growth.
