Our founder, Dr. Jaquelle Outlaw, is a SHRM-certified Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience collaborating with mission-driven organizations to develop and implement effective talent management strategies. She has a proven track record of helping organizations recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive, high-performance culture. In addition to her expertise in HR, Jaquelle is also a seasoned workforce development professional, specializing in job readiness, employment support, and skills development to help individuals successfully navigate the workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jaquelle specializes in leadership development, team dynamics, and employee well-being. Her academic and professional journey is fueled by a passion for enhancing organizational performance and empowering individuals to thrive in the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jaquelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, a Master’s degree in Public Administration, and a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, providing her with a unique blend of business acumen, insight into human behavior, and a deep understanding of the operations and organizational dynamics within the public and nonprofit sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
